Sesame Tenderloin




Sesame Tenderloin Materials

Materials for Marine
500 gr. tenderloin - julienne chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 branches of thyme
1 clove garlic - crushed

Ingredients for sauce
½ cup broth
½ cup water
1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Other Materials
2 medium onions - chopped large cubes
1 yellow bell pepper - diced large cubes
2 bell peppers - large cubes diced
Salt
Black pepper
3 tablespoons sesame seeds


Add the meat and put aside in a bowl, mix all the ingredients for a cut in julienne and marinating meat.

In a separate container soy sauce, broth and mix the water and corn starch.

Put the meat in wok pan thoroughly seals the seasoning and put aside. Add olive oil to the same pan and put the onions and saute until tender, stir, add the vegetables that you take sides, pour over sauce and soy sauce mixture and cook until lightly kalınlaşınca. Bake for about 10 minutes.
