Roast beef



Beef Roasting Equipment
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 kg. veal minced
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme

Melt the butter, heat the pan and add the olive oil, then as changing the color of the meat, stir fry meat on the fire blazing.

After roasting meats narrowed fire, cook meat until it takes the water puts out. Salt, pepper, stir, cover and cook, stirring occasionally so covered over low heat.

Finally, stir in thyme mix.

Serve hot
