Shallot Onions Meatballs Materials
400 gr. ground beef - fine cracked
200 gr. lamb meat - fine cracked
1 onion - grated
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cummin
Allspice
Salt
Black pepper
Materials for interior
5 tablespoons butter
2 quoted pita
4 pieces of roasted eggplant garden

20 shallots
10 mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatoes
