Mille Meat Stew




Mille meat stew Materials
500 gr. veal minced meat
10-15 shallots
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1 carrot - diced cubes
1 potato - diced cubes
1 cup peas
1 tablespoon flour
3 cups water
3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
2-3 puff pastry
1 egg yolk - for them
