Minced meat and potato patties




Minced meat and potato patties Materials
4 cups fine bulgur
2 cups hot water until
1 small onion - chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon full of pepper sauce
1 tablespoon full of tomato paste
3 - 4 medium-sized boiled potatoes
1 pinch of cumin
½ cup olive oil
2-3 tablespoons pomegranate
Salt
Black pepper

Materials for Minced
500 gr. medium-fat meat
2 onions - chopped
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2-3 tomatoes - peeled, chopped
½ ties parsley
Salt
Black pepper


Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.

Soak the bulgur, tomato paste, spices and chopped onion on very little, add the olive oil and garlic, knead.

Add the mashed potatoes and continue kneading. Add the sour pomegranate findings to soften and knead thoroughly until meatballs consistency.

Take the consistency achieved by the tight and tightening the oil or immerse in your hand while giving way.

Fat-free frying pan and cook mince. Continue to cook the onions and peppers clerk. Stir, add the olive oil and add the spices. Finally, add the tomatoes and continue cooking until the tomatoes are attracting water.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve over is cooked by inserting the middle of the potato dumplings.
