Veal Picadillo
1 kg fine ground beef
2 bay leaves
2 red bell peppers
1 green bell pepper (chopped in cubes)
3 cloves garlic
2 onions (chopped in cubes)
1/2 tea cup raisins
10 green olives
4 sprigs fresh coriander (chopped)
1.5 tsp dried thyme
1 cup tomato puree
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 tea cup sunflower oil
