Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce




Materials
300 gr. mince
1 package spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
4 onions
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
1 teaspoon tomato puree
Black pepper
Salt


Pan with butter, chopped onion and minced sheep skin. Mix the minced meat until there is water left. Stir in the grated carrots and fry finely chopped celery stalks. Tomato puree, a little small chop your tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook putting sauce. Then cook for 15 minutes more, add 1 cup water and simmer.
Put the pasta in boiling salted water into the pot without breaking the other. 8-10 minutes to drain. Mix melted margarine, add the pasta.
Put a plate of pasta pit. Prepared to pour over the sauce.
