Rose Dessert




Rose Sweet Supplies
3.5 cups flour
1 cup semolina
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup yogurt
1 water glass measure of oil
1 egg
2 cups whole walnuts

Ingredients For the syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups water
3 - 4 drops of lemon juice


For syrup;
granulated sugar and water in a sauce pan and boil until the sugar melts. Leave to cool, stir in lemon juice to get closer to January.

For dough;
