Pistachio Wrap




Pistachio Wrapping Materials
6 baklava pastry
130 gr. butter - melted - soured
250 gr. pistachio powder

Ingredients For the syrup
2 cups water
2.5 cups granulated sugar
4 - 5 drops of lemon juice


For syrup; Boil the water and sugar in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and boil. Leave to cool.

2 baklava pastry on top of the broadcast.

Apply butter on it and sprinkle with powdered pistachios.

Very finely wrap your oils and directories on a baking tray.

Prepare the dough in the same way as the other.

Pour remaining melted butter on the cut and the size you want.

Preheated 180 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes to cook. Pour the cold syrup over 10 minutes after removing from oven.


Check rest after service.
