Roasting sheet




500 gr. This is the lamb - small chunks of chopped
1 tablespoon butter
4-5 pieces of green pepper
2 medium onions
2 tomatoes - peeled
1 teaspoon dried thyme
red pepper flakes
Salt
Black pepper


Chop all the vegetables small.

Melt the butter and add the sheet or pan.

Throw into the meat and cook until you have left the water.

Continue roasting, add the onions and peppers, respectively.

Finally add the spices and simmer until vegetables turn and meat cooked when tested.


After receiving the fire, add the tomatoes, turn serve one round.
