Red Plum Compote Materials
250 gr. red plum
4 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves
1 cup granulated sugar
Boil a pot, add water.
Granulated sugar into the water boils, add the cloves and cinnamon.
Stir into the plums when the sugar dissolves, then close the cover and remove from heat.
Water cooled water in the pot will be cooked plums with its own heat.
