The compote Materials Mixed Fruit
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup raisins
1 cup prunes
1 cup granulated sugar
4 cups water
2-4 sprigs fresh mint
Fruits put in the water in the evening.
When you add the sugar on cooking, bring to a boil them on the stove.
If you wish to add into ice as they cool and serve with fresh mint leaves.
