Pink Rice




Pink Rice Materials
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup beet juice
Salt
Black pepper

Supplies for Over
2-3 handful panko - bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter
5-6 sprigs of parsley


Get the butter and olive oil in a saucepan and melt. Wash rice and drain the salt you add to the pot and cook. Then the chicken, close the cover of beet juice and pepper and stir.
