Palm Brownie




Materials for base
3 bananas
250 gr. date
½ cup cocoa
1 + ¼ cup almond powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 egg

Supplies for Over
3-4 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup nuts (unshelled)
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup peanuts (blanched)
½ cup cashew nuts (unshelled)
