Gingerbread Cookies
Gingerbread Cookies Materials
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
90 g. butter - room temperature
1 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
Quarter cup molasses
4 tablespoons sugar
Flour, ginger, cinnamon, soda, and salt taken niggle aside. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl at room temperature, add the egg and molasses and finally all the ingredients, stir the water, continue to whisk whisk until completely mixed together. Stir in dry ingredients and combine to make the dough.
Turn the dough in half an inch thick between wax paper. Molds form data and cookies on a baking tray index.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, sprinkle powdered sugar on them.
