Fruit Salad




Materials
1 apple
1 pear
1 radish
1/6 white cabbage
1 red cabbage
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of fresh mint
1 handful fresh basil

Ingredients for sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt-pepper


White and red cabbage finely coast. Rub salt and drain the water passing.

Chop the mint and basil. Walnut coast. Radish cut into thin squares.

Cut the apples and pears in half without peeling, remove the seeds and cut thin as a matchstick.

Get all the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle walnuts.
