Creamed Vegetable Soup Materials
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion - chopped
1 zucchini
1 carrot
1 potato
2 celery branches
1 handful of spinach leaves
200 ml. cream
3 cardamom - beaten
5 cups chicken broth
Salt
white Pepper
Add the olive oil to the pan and heat the soup.
Then add the chopped onions and cook.
Chop all vegetables into cubes and cook, stir into the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper and let it boil, add water.
After boiling water through the soup blender.
Cook, add the cream and crushed cardamom seeds.
