Cream of Mushroom Soup with Vegetables Materials
2 tablespoons butter
20 mushrooms - chopped
1 carrot - grated
1 celery stalk
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons flour
5 cups water
100 ml. cream
Salt
Black pepper
Dill - for them
Melt the butter in a pot, mushrooms, grated carrots, add chopped celery and garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are attracting water.
Add the flour, seasoning and cook in. Slowly add the water, stirring constantly comes out and smell and let it boil.
Stir the soup boils, stirring constantly cream from the stove and bring to a boil them on the stove again. Then through the blender.
Serve sprinkle on the chopped dill.
