Chicken Puff Pastry




Chicken Puff Pastry Supplies
750 g. chicken breast
10-15 shallots
2 cloves garlic - crushed
1 carrot - diced cubes
1 cup peas
10-15 pieces mushrooms - quartered
1 tablespoon flour
1.5 cups water
3-4 sprigs fresh tarragon
