Bulgur Meatballs with Yogurt
2 cups fine bulgur
2 one large onion
Half bunch parsley
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tablespoon tomato paste deletion
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup olive oil
Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
For the sauce
Garlic
Yoghurt
Salt

Add hot water to pass and receive superior bulgur wheat in a pot and wait for the swelling.
finely chopped onion in olive oil, then sauté until they begin to color.
