Blueberry tonic - Floral Ice Cubes
Ingredients for Blueberry Syrup
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 glass of sugar
1 teaspoon erase starch dissolved in water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 bottle of tonic
1-2 sprigs fresh mint
Ingredients for ice cubes
Edible flowers or any berries you want
Ice patterns of edible fruits or flowers you want to put only one eye. Fill the top with water and freeze in the freezer.
Put the cranberry sauce pan and boil the sugar and cook for about 2 minutes. Mix the starch with a little cold water. Connect add into the sauce. Then add the juice of 1/2 lemon and remove from heat. Purée pulling robot. You can refrigerate to cool.
After the syrup has cooled, the bottom of the glass jar or service that you will acquire shares of the blueberry syrup. Pour slowly over cold tonic. Serve cold, putting mint leaves in ice cubes and prepare you.
