Russian salad
Materials
Mayonnaise
2 potatoes
1 lemon
1 tea cup of boiled peas or canned
1 small red radishes
2 carrots
2 hard-boiled eggs
3-4 pickles
Salt, pepper
Fabrication :
Simmer all of your vegetables. Chop it to small slices of boiled vegetables. Pickled eggs of the same size as you chop. All put in a porcelain bowl, peas, salt, put the pepper and mix thoroughly. Stir in half of the mayonnaise, you are well fed. Salatay put on a serving plate or salad plate, switch off with the remaining mayonnaise on it. (Whether in a way that will seem vegetables) Over the boiled egg, radish, cucumber pickles and boiled carrot to decorate.
