Biryani Rice




Materials
250 grams basmati rice
2 tablespoons butter
1 teacup of oil
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
5 bay leaves
2-3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon mint
Half a teaspoon of saffron
Salt
One and a half liters of water


Boil 1.5 liters of water in a thick bottom pan. t spices other than saffron, mint and add boiling water. Wait washed rice Stir over low heat until cooked rice is 80 percent. Get back to the rice cooker into bite size pieces. Pour ½ cup of mint and half of the saffron diluted with water over the rice. Turn off onto the pan with aluminum foil.
