Lentil Meatballs



Lentil Meatballs Ingredients
2 water-glass red lentils
4 cups water
1 water glass fine bulgur
½ cups of olive oil
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon tomato slice
1 tablespoon chili pepper
5-6 branch fresh onions
½ grapefruit parsley
1 sweet spoon crushed pepper
1 tea spoon cumin
Salt
Black pepper


Boil it in water. Once the lentils are boiled and softened, add a thin bulgur to the inside of the pot. Be careful that you have a little water left in the jarring.

After thoroughly mixing the thin bulgur with the chili pepper, close the cover of the pot and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Fill the onion with olive oil and soften the onion until it softens. When the onion is soft, add the slices and roast until the smell of the rabbit comes out and take it to the side and add dry spices to it and mix it.

Take a large bowl of lentils and bulguras and pour over the mortar in the pan. In this way, knead until the mortar becomes coarse. Add the finely chopped parsley and fresh onions and knead them all together and shape them with your hands and place them on the serving tray.


You can decorate with lettuce leaves.
