Vegetable coral fish




1 coral fish fillets
1 sea crayfish
2 tiny pumpkin
5 lemon juice
1 orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
for decorating:
1 branch fresh tarragon


Boil orange juice and lemon juice in a deep bowl away until diminished by half. Beat with electric mixer until it foamed.
