Tacos




500g minced
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
3 garlic
Half bunch parsley
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pinch salt
Grated parmesan cheese
6 tortillas

Add onion, garlic, pepper and parsley and chop finely. Pour the oil in a pan, onions, roasted garlic and add pepper. Pan sauce and minced meat Stir Continue roasting.
