Stuffed Artichokes
Materials Stuffed Artichokes
2 tablespoons butter
2 onions - chopped
300 gr. Ground beef
Salt
Black pepper
½ bond dill
6 artichokes
¾ cup olive oil
1.5 cups water
Melt the butter in a pan.
Saute onion in skillet take you chop cooking.
Then add the minced meat and continue roasting.
Salt, mix of ground beef and is cooked, add plenty of chopped dill, black pepper, stir the pan from the stove.
Place artichokes in a pot.
