Sauce Grilled Bonito




Sauce Grilled Bonito Materials
1 Bonito (oversized)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teacup of oil

Sosa Materials
2-3 rosemary sprigs
3 sprigs fresh thyme
3 sprigs of basil
3 sprigs of parsley
3 sprigs of coriander
3 sprigs of mint
1 lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

Ingredients for garnish
1 bunch arugula
1 lemon


Slice the washed and filtered water in the form of wedges or fish fillets. Blend with the fish with salt and pepper.

Cook the fish you remove the pan from the cupboard track until they begin to color thoroughly and taken to a serving dish.

For sauce; Disconnect the stem all the fresh spices and the fine shores of the leaves. The chopped garlic, crush it and add to the mixture, and finally lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil to obtain blended sauce and pour over the fish and serve.
