Marine Crops Noodle




200g squid
200 g shrimp
6 scallops
3 green onions
1 small head ginger
Finely chopped red pepper (1 large size)
300 g boiled noddle
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 handful of coarsely chopped white cabbage
1-2 scoops water fish
Olive oil
salt pepper


* Take a little salt to the boiling water in a pot and boil for 6-7 minutes until your noodles
