2 4 boned lamb chops all
Salt
Black pepper
fresh Thyme
Red pepper
Begin heating your oven set to 180 degrees.
The chops are rubbed with spices and thoroughly fireproof pan and cook 4 minutes on each side 2.
Get the chops in baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
