Eggplant rolls meatballs




MATERIALS
½ package Knorr Meatball Mixture
500 g ground beef (2 times taken - semi-skimmed)
1 ½ cups of water
3 pieces of eggplant (2 cm thick sliced in strips)
5 tomatoes
½ ties parsley (chopped)
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Sunflower oil


PREPARATION OF
Mince, Knorr meatballs mortar, water and rest in the fridge for 10 minutes kneading chopped parsley.
