Berries mother's cake



Berries Mother Cake Supplies

Ingredients for Cake
2.5 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa from one finger missing
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 packet of vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 + ¼ cup milk
½ cup oil
1.5 cups of hot water
1 tablespoon granulated coffee

Ingredients for Cream
500 gr. mascarpone cheese
4 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons caster sugar
2 cups heavy cream
