Chocolate Crumble



Materials for Crumble
150 gr. butter
1.5 cups of flour
3 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 pinch turmeric
2 sweet coriander coriander seeds

Materials for Pudding
3 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons wheat starch
3 tablespoon cocoa
½ cup white sugar
4 water glass milk
1 glass of whipped cream
1 water glass bitter chocolate
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons orange marmelade
1 sweet spoon butter

Materials to Decorate
Orange peel
Orange slice taken


Mix flour, butter, sugar, powdered turmeric and coriander seeds in your shredder. When the dough comes to a consistency, open it with the help of a roller between the greased paper, and spread it on the oven tray and cook it in a 180 degree warmed oven. Bake it for 30 minutes with a fork for 10 minutes.

Take the fried crumble dough and take it to the cold.

Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan except chocolate, butter and orange marmalade and stir in cold.
