German-grain bread.
Materials
More than a finger in a cup of warm water
2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Half packet of yeast
1 cup mixed cereal grains
(Wheat, oat, sunflower seed, linseed)
200 g rye flour
200 grams of whole wheat flour
50 grams of bran
1 teaspoon salt
Fabrication
Dissolve yeast in warm water and granulated sugar. One half cup of mixed grain, rye flour, whole wheat flour, bran and salt mix. Knead, adding that dissolve yeast over. Knead again after you add the remaining mixed cereal grain. Release the covering above the rest. When the dough was, sprinkle flour and knead bench. Sprinkle oats on taking the dough into the mold of your oil. 200dere of preheated oven and cook.
