Chicken Schnitzel




Chicken Schnitzel Materials

4 persons / Preparation time 15 minutes / Cooking time 15 minutes

4 pieces of chicken breast
2 cups flour
3 eggs
2 cups dry shredded wheat wire
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil


After a little thin chicken breast with a knife, beat two sheets taken from a lot of stretch and thinning of the counter.
