Albanian Sum




3 many eggs
  1 egg white grains
  500 grams of leek
  500 grams of wheat starch
  300 grams of yogurt
  80 ml of oil
  50 grams butter
  1 packet of baking powder
  Pepper, Salt


First the egg in the mix vessel with 150 grams of yogurt, 400 grams of starch and knead thoroughly mix 50 ml of vegetable oil.
  Tear the dough obtained from the walnut sized pieces. (30 pieces)
  Turn the dough into the dough by opening the rest of the starch.
  Cut the leek rings form afterwards.
  Mix the yogurt with the remaining egg whites in a small bowl, add salt and pepper into fluttering again.
  Filo pastry on top in the future format of the broadcast every 10 mortar dough.
  Mix the remaining oil with the latest melted butter and pour on top.
  Bake for about half an hour in the oven set to 220 degrees.
